I order Papa John's Pizza specialty pizza and hot wings September, 28th 2016 around10:30 p.m.4th and I'm feeling sicker than I've ever felt in my life I have a really bad case of diarrhea and nausea I'm not feeling well at all I'm sure it's form the pizza and hot wingd I can feel the hotness coming from my backside on the toilet all day not feeling well today might go to the ER if the pain worsens I hope no poison was in the food are bacteria so no one else gets hurt also are there any other people feeling ill at this location as well I would like to know I would definitely like a feedback to my email letting me know how can we can resolve this issue | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
