I ate 3 slices of pizza around 3 pm on December 17,17. I started to feel nauseous around 530 pm. I didn't think much of it at that time. About an hour later I started vomiting the pizza I had eaten. I begin sweating and having chills. My stomach was in so much pain all night. I ended up sleeping in my bathroom all night. I have never experience this in my life and I have made up my mind not to eat at Papa John's ever again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Sweating
