Papa Johns pizza is the only thing I consumed yesterday. I carried out my pizza around 8/9 and was in bed by 11. Around 1:15am I woke up with severe nausea but couldn't throw up so I laid back down. Within 30 minutes I was up again puking up whole toppings from the pizza. By 8am I had puked up everything solid in my stomach. It's now 3pm and I'm still vomiting severely just now it's only acid and liquid. I cannot hold anything down, solid or liquid and water seems to make me vomit even more. I will never eat from Papa Johns ever again and would like to suggest that no one eat from this location until they get it together. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
