Cookie Pie Causes Illness - Papa John's, Memphis Tennessee

7 years ago reported by user-dkmrk168 business

Papa John's Pizza, North Germantown Parkway, Cordova, TN, USA

830 North Germantown Parkway, Memphis, 38018 Tennessee, United States

Sunday, March 25th 2018 we visited my sister to watch the basketball game. During this time, they ordered pizza and cookie pie from papa john’s pizza. We didn’t eat pizza, but decided to eat a slice of the cookie pie. Monday morning, my 9 yr old daughter complained that her stomach was hurting really bad and that she had diarrhea so we didn’t let her attend school. Around 3am, I started to have horrible abdominal pain and cramps. I couldn’t sleep and had to call into work on Tuesday along with my husband. We noticed that it was a pattern. Everyone who ate the cookie pie had food poisoning along with my cousin and my sisters boyfriend. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
