After a few hours after eating a pizza from here. I started feeling very ill. I started vomiting first, I lost how many times I puked. It was to the point that my digestive was completely empty and my body kept trying to force me to vomit. Because of that it turned into a bunch violent convulsions with nothing coming up. I can’t keep any fluids down. While vomiting I also got severe diarrhea. To the point that I am just passing complete water. I only got one hour of sleep last night because of this. From my lower back to my feet, I have a lot of muscle pain and the chills come and go when I’m about to get sick. This experience has been absolutely draining and I’m going to the ER if I still can’t keep fluids down by tonight. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Something else, Chills, Muscle Pain
