We ordered a large Philly pizza my boyfriend was at work when I ordered them after I ate I started feeling weird had to go number 2 the watery one.. Was sick half the day throwing up cramping and pooping then boyfriend came home ate some told him i was feeling very sick.. I didn't know what it was at first then I was up almost all night feeling horrible after I went to sleep for like an hour my boyfriend got up and started throwing up and having the same thing. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
