I ordered a pizza on sat evening which I got delivered at 930pm on sataurday 7th July 2018 , which had bbq chicken on it ! I assume this must have been sitting out on a hot day not kept in proper conditions or some sort of contamination as I woke up at 3am being violently sick And diarrhoea, running a fever and a really bad head , I’m still very uncomfortable and unable to eat or even face food ! My partner also has suffered the same symptoms and his stated at 130 am in morning ! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
