Ate pizza about 8:30 pm , woke up at 3 am severely in pain and nasuses. Sharp pain on the right side of somache abdomen area, vomiiting and nausea, missed work was ubale to drive and hot and cold chills over body. Now its 5 pm day after and still feel sick | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain
