3 hours after eating one piece of pepperoni pizza started with stomach cramps, then nausea, then severe diarrhea,sweating, dizzy, weak and still on the toilet vomiting,I could taste the pizza, may go to hospital if it keeps on reported to health dept this is all I ate still feeling weak never again will I eat pizza from anywhere,and my diarrhea is burning when it comes out | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness, Dizziness, Sweating, Cramps
