Thursday 5th feb around 6pm had a delivery of 2 pizzas and sides
1 adult and 2 children had all eaten the pizzas and have been projectile vomiting with upset tummy and tummy cramps since
1st 6 year child was being sick through the night
2nd 8 year old sent home from school next day projectile vomiting at school
Adult had to come home from work as was so ill
Everyone is still unwell this morning | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
