Additional information: My mother, Father, my friend and i ate papa johns at around 1 am on saturday november 30th. i wokeup running to the bathroom because i felt sick i sat on the toilet and had bad liquid diarrhea. i started puking about 2 minutes after and was doing both at once. i’ve thrown up multiple times today and has been going to the bathroom every 10 minutes. my friend has been experiencing nausea, my mother and father have had diarrhea as well. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
