First my son was vomiting 2 hours after eating the pizza, we immediately cleaned it and we thought it had felt bad for him, but after 4 hours his mother began to feel bad with vomiting and diarrhoea and my son kept vomiting every hour just like me. After this episode my partner began to have severe stomach pain and diarrhoea and finally my daughter started vomiting, I am very sure it was the pizza, I will call the doctor after writing this. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Headache
