Pizza Night GI Trouble - Papa John's, Gardner Kansas

My husband and I ordered Papa John's pizza in Gardner right before closing. We each had a size small pizza - individually boxed. Not long afterward, my husband started having loose stools, which continued into the next day. The following morning, I woke up feeling extremely sick and vomited. I only threw up once, but I spent the next several days feeling miserable with a bad headache, stomach upset, and dehydration. It took a few days before I was able to eat normally again. I can't say with certainty that the pizza caused our symptoms, but the timing seemed suspicious since we both developed gastrointestinal symptoms after eating the same meal.
