Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
Suspected source: Pizza
Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: 4 to 12 hours
Sick: Me
Additional information: Ate 7 slices of pizza between 1640 and 1800. By about 1915 I started to feel an upset stomach, then vomited at 2040. Have had sore stomach since and it's now 0100. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
