I bought my pizza mon July 10th @ 8:06 pm. Tue when i went to work i had an upset stomach. Anything i ate pretty much came out but i finished the day. Late Tuesday night to Wednesday around 6:30am (when my alarm goes off) i was in an out of the bathroom reliving myself in the form of diarrhea including chills , sweats , & nausea. I did not attend work Wednesday due to this and i spent all day in bed taking Pepto (tablet form) hoping my stomach would subside. Thursday (today) i was only able to work half a day due to these same issue. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Chills, Sweating
