I ordered the vegi Burger it came with a salad. Later that night I got a stomach ache with acid reflex, then around 4AM the next day I vomited twice and got a bad case of diarrhea. One of the reasons I ate here is because the SF Health Department gave this place a 98percent. But I guess the Health Department score meant nothing, since SF allows homeless to urinate and defecate on public streets. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
