1419 4th Street Southwest, Mason City, 50401 Iowa, United States

Ordered a large chicken Mediterranean pizza. Excluded chicken, added zucchini. Cooked promptly. Ate 2 pieces at 530 pm. Woke up at 330 am with: stomach pain/cramps and nausea. Proceeded to have diarrhea and vomiting at the same time! So far 3 episodes of this. Also, developed a low grade fever and chills as well as a throbbing headache. I've never had food poisoning, but this can be the only explanation. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Headache, Chills, Stomach Pain
