On Saturday May 21st my granddaughter wanted a peperoni pizza. So about 11:30 am, I ordered us a pizza. She is 5 years old, and I am 63 years old, it's a special treat for when she visits. I have ordered from this location for many years. After talking to her dad on Sunday, he told me she had severe vomiting at about 2:30 am. At 3:30 am I woke up with severe vomiting, fever and the worst diarrhea I have ever had, and in my 63 years that is saying something. I can't say for certain it was the pizza, but we were the only ones that ate the pizza, and we both got sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
