I got poisoned by beef empanadas I ordered yesterday October 8th, 2021 from restaurant. This marks the second time a Restaurant establishment has food poisoned me and my boyfriend. Like the first time I was poisoned, this second time I experienced severe upper and lower stomach pain culminating in diarrhea and throwing up for 2 hours straight. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
