Severe BBQ Aftereffects - Pappys BBQ, Antigua Guatemala Sacatepéquez

Woke up at 5am with violent diarrhoea, stomach cramps and nausea. The projectile vomiting began about an hour and a half later. The vomiting lasted about 8hours (it was very frequent) and I still have the diarrhoea 14 hours later which is red in colour. I feel dehydrated as it is difficult to keep water or electrolytes down.

08/08 update: I’m better today but still very weak and nauseous, hopefully I’ll be recovered tomorrow. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dehydration, Weakness
