What I have learned from Cabos San Lucas, when my husband was dying, found out he was septic, something he ate at Pueblo Bonito SUNSET. DO NOT EAT RAW FISH OR ANY FISH THAT IS NOT COOKED.Also be prepared to dish out big amounts of money if you have to be transported via private plane just so you make it on time or you will die. We were out $38.000, total to get husband home or otherwise he would've died.
