Ate pork chop from this store and a drink from other store in the afternoon not sure exactly which food caused it. Then next day early morning had the worst tummy ache from 4am onwards, had to go to the toilet 10 times with diarrhoea. My friend that had the same food also ended up with multiple diarrhoea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Stomach Pain
