I think it was my day old chicken sandwich. I thought I was short of breath too. Got sick and felt wonderful within 10 minutes. Wonderful! I ate at 7pm. Just the sandwich and some salad. A few hours later I felt very sick. Got sick , emptied my stomach sick. And I peed myself also. Then I got sick and felt great. 
Nausea vomiting very short of breath. I was 10 sec away from calling 911.
