I ordered a 5 piece chicken strips meal with fries and immediately as I was eating it, I could feel my stomach start to turn and I stopped eating it. a few hours later i felt nauseous and threw up. Next morning threw up again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Probably not food poisoning if it happened that quickly. Greasy stuff makes me puke grease, I had to stop eating anything fried (miss it)

TIP. It can happen fast. If it's ehemical contamination symptoms can start within minutes, if biological (eg. Staph) it can be as soon as 30 minutes.
