- comments: observed evidence of pest activity on premise during time of inspection. Noted approximaltely 38 small rodent droppins in the following places in prep area under 3 compartment sink in corner, following along the wall underneath grey piping, alongside utility sink in rear toxic storage are, scattered on floor around washing machine, under table storing microwaves, along the west side window on floor, scattered on floor inside all corners of the "clubhouse house". Reommended to contact pest control for additional service. Must eliminate pest activity. Priority foundation violation. #7-38-020 (a). No citation issued.
