Take out of Beef Kung Pao on 2/14/2018. Liquid diarrhea next morning followed by nausea and vomiting. Complete purging. Feel a lot better this morning 2/26/2018 only not much appetite. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
