Teriyaki Triggers Tummy Troubles - Pei Wei, Columbia Maryland

A week ago after I had eaten for my first time at Pei Wei, I had ordered the teryaki and lo mein. The teryaki came with its rice and the lo mein its noodles and vegetables. About a day later I had this massive diarrhea and I had to go to the restroom multiple times till I finally started vomiting (the food seemed undigested which obviously is a sign it did not bode well with my digestive system) and it then resulted in a fever. I could not even get to college the next day because I felt so sick in my stomach, diarrhea chills, fever and shivering. It took me about a day to recover along with re-hydrating because it seems my body really emptied out. Horrible experience. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Fever
