First of all the restaurant smelled of old mop water and at this point I have no choice to believe that the diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting I experience on late Saturday night and then again on Sunday evening when I ate the other have was a result of the shrimp pad thai from Pei Wei. It was good, but this is not worth it. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
