Husband had the chicken teriyaki arrived home within one hour became sick, vomiting ,diarrhea. chills, headache, called ER as it lasted for four hours, tried to have him drink Gatorade, kept vomiting. it up. and having severe diarrhea, stated if it did not stop bring him into the ER, I do not drive so I had to wait for my son to come home, my husband was so sick and weak he could not get himself into the car. I will never ever eat at an Pei Wei anywhere. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Chills, Weakness
