My 3ywar old daughter and her 5years old cousin ate pepperoni Hot pockets at about 9pm.. by 12midnight her cousin started vomiting and was in severe pain also, he is autistic so he could not put words ro his pain, but we could see the twisting and he was crying non stop for more than 3hrs...My daughter started vomiting at about 2am ,the vomiting was associated with wrenching and she also had a fever.. she said to me "mummy my stomach hurts so bad" .I am so scared , please help 😭 😢 | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain
