Additional information: I'm also eating food that is not properly refrigerated. So it might also be the cause
I ate an entire bag of pepperoni. Might be the cause or not. I've been also taking risk eating food not properly refrigerated, but usually relatively fresh.
A few hours after eating the whole bag of pepperoni I got diarrhea. A tiny bit of blood was visible in the toilet paper after I was done. I had to go again, diarrhea (I could tell it was the pepperoni in the stool, probably) and a worrying amount of blood on the toilet paper.... | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Bloody Stool
