We purchased some items from the Perigrine farm stall at 09:20 on 31 December 2018. One of the items purchased was a chicken mayo baguette which my partner and I shared. This was the only food we consumed on this day.We both ended up violently ill, and my partner was hospitalized. Tests were done at the hospital and confirm that it was salmonella poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
