Perkins
Served me uncooked meatloaf and then lied about the food preparation. Manager treated me horrible and the corporation sent me a letter and 2 free food vouchers that expire within 2 months after I was sick for a week. Definitely not eating there again!!! | Symptoms: Diarrhea
