Quesadilla Order Triggers Illness - Perkins Restaurant, Ames Iowa

I ordered a breakfast quesadilla through DoorDash and 4 hours later I was vomiting uncontrollably and had severe diarrhea, I couldn’t keep anything down. Not water or even pepto. Almost went to the ER from dehydration but I was able to wait it out. It’s been a day and a half and I still can’t eat. I reported it to DoorDash and they asked for proof? Literally what do they expect? A picture of me puking? Absolutely not. Thanks a lot Perkins :) | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration
