38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: 6-501. 111 observed evidence of rodent activity on site. Observed about 30 mice droppings on the shelves located under the hot holding unit, about 10 mice droppings on the floor in the corner behind the hot holding unit, observed about 5 rat droppings on top of a steel pipe also behind the hot holding unit. Observed about 5 mice droppings behind a bookshelf in the pre-k room 107. Instructed to eliminate rodent activity, clean and sanitize affected areas, and recommended contacting pest control for a service. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a).

38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: 6-202. 15 observed a 2 inch gap at the bottom of the right side and a 1/2 inch gap at the bottom of the left side door 8s that is located by the food prep area. Instructed to make said doors tight fitting and rodent proofed in order to prevent any pest entry into the facility.
