PF CHANG Food Poisoning

I had a dish that came with broccoli and chicken with the white rice on the side, for lunch. By 2:20am I was vomiting, diarrhea, headache, and had the sweats. I went on Feb 16, 2019 around noon. My spouse also ate the same dish and she’s experiencing the same symptoms. She had to leave work sue to the vomiting and diarrhea

Poisoned at PF Changs - I ate the Street Noodles, with shrimp. I experienced extreme diarrhea and vomiting. I passed out in a public restroom and was taken to the hospital. The first symptoms occurred within 45 minutes of the meal. I have never experienced something like this other than once in a 3rd world country. But even this was worse. I contacted PF Changs to ask for them to cover the cost of the meal and the hospital costs. They denied any assistance.

We were four in the family. About immediately 30 minutes after eating the food we had nausea, and stomach cramps. And by the time we reached home one of us had diarrhoea and the other vomiting. We would like to raise this as a concern and report it.

Right after I ate my Korean bibimbup, I had very keen stomach pain for 45 minutes, then I am having severe diarrhea with acute pain.

I ate The Buddha's Feast, Long Life Noodles, Pad Thai and Oolong Chilean Sea Bass with brown rice on Monday, November 26 at 5:30PM in my home. It was a takeout order. My diarrhea symptoms started the next day on Tuesday, November 27 and have lasted for 3 days straight and the diarrhea has not stopped. Symptoms include gurgling noises in stomach, stomach discomfort and diarrhea.

My daughter and I shared lettuce wraps hot and sour soup fried rice and Sushi roll at the NORTHBROOK illinois location on Tuesday 11/20 late evening. My early morning on the 22nd we couldn’t even move without going to the bathroom and violently throwing up.

I Went to PF Chang's on Saturday 11/10/2018, We ordered chicken Lettuce wraps, Fried Rice and Beef a la Sichuan. We left the restaurant around 6:00 pm, by Midnight I started feeling bad with stomach discomfort, and headaches, On sunday Morning I started vomiting, first episode was all the food intact, then I continue with vomiting, abdominal pain, Nauseas and headaches , as symptoms got worse I had to go to ER at Kendall Regional Hospital, where I was Treated for Food Poisoning and Gastritis.
