Flight PR 538 from Bali to Manila on July 13th, My wife and I were travel together but she slept through that meal since it was early. A few hours later when we landed I felt nauseous. Then within the next few hours I was having to use the toilet every 15 minutes. Then threw up and major fever | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Fever, Diarrhea
