Shout out to this store!!!My mom and my younger sister was suspested to have had food poisoning after eating Philps Gold Luncheon Meat. This happened May 8, 2019.
From the packaging, the product has an expiry date of March 2022.
My mom sent a private message to this company thru Facebook to let them know what happened. More so, she'd like to instill awareness as this might happen to somebody else.
She and my sister suffered from diarrhea and vomiting for a few days! She was weak for about 8 days and wasn't able to do any work in her food business.
My mom is a nurse and we have doctors and medical practitioners in the family. She was dextrosed at home to avoid dehydration. (Please see the picture below.)
My mom is already 63 years old and would not get attention just for the sake of getting money! Instead of making sure that she gets the proper medical attention she needs, your agent just asked her for an update on her condition. Would that even do any good? Will it even hurt to go the extra mile of making sure she's 100% okay after what happened?? Is this the way you address concerns about your products?? Do you have to wait for a death complain on your product before acting on it??
