Additional information: Bit into a piece of shrimp at a Pho Town 7 Saturday evening. immediately knew it was bad and complained. Response was a shrug of shoulders and the bill.

Woke up Sunday morning with vomiting and diarrhea. By Monday things were only getting worse (including back spasms) and no sleep, so went to ER.
