Cockroach infestation. The inspector saw live roaches inside a refrigerator and stove, at the front service area, inside soda fountain boxes and crawling down the wall behind the handwashing sink. There were also roach eggs and dead roaches in the kitchen and storage areas and inside all of the reach-in refrigerators. Among other violations, boba was sitting out at room temperature, the kitchen was dirty and the restaurant was not following COVID-19 prevention guidelines.
