Symptoms: Nausea Diarrhea Vomiting Cramps

I ate a loaded spicy beef burrito delivered by Deliveroo
3 hours later i was getting severe stomach cramps and diarrhoea. The diarrhoea stopped around 1 hour later but I have been vomiting since I have never had food poisoning before and have never felt so ill in my life
