My wife ordered the Mongolian beef, grilled chicken, and chow mien. Within 2 hours, on the flight, she was vomiting uncontrollably. She is now still very ill at home and we may need to see a doctor if she doesn't get better. I will pursue litigation tomorrow morning. As well as contacting the department of health. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
