Calamari Causes Hospitalization - Pie Wood Fired Pizza Joint - Woodbridge, Vaughan Ontario

6 years ago reported by user-gppkq912 business

Pie Wood Fired Pizza Joint - Woodbridge, Whitmore Road, Woodbridge, ON, Canada

200 Whitmore Road, Vaughan, L4L 7K4 Ontario, Canada

I had dinner on the 23rd or June. I had ordered fried calamari that came with aioli sauce. The next day I woke up with food poisoning symptoms like vomiting and diarrhea, as well as body aches and a high fever. I was unable to drink or eat anything without having to throw up in the next ten minutes; this included water. Throughout the night I became extremely dehydrated due to my inability to drink or eat anything. I was in so much pain. I ended up being hospitalized where I had a iv fluid, as well as anti nausea medication injected into me so that I wasn’t dehydrated and so that I could actually eat something. It’s been five days and the affects are still persistent. I still feel nauseous and weak. My blood pressure is low and it’s hard to eat and drink without feeling horrible after. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Body Ache
