Additional information: Severe cramping all over my body, sickness and diarrhoea at the same time headaches dizziness lightheaded was reported that the chippy only has one star food hygiene certificate whether that has relevant or not. I don’t know it was just a portion of chips one day and portion chips are following day. The chips wasn’t very good at all even the dog rejected them | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Dizziness
