Woke up with a pain in my stomach and that turned into diarrhea and vomiting . I changed countries fro West Europe to East Asia for vacation and yesterday ate out different foods so did my bf. Only difference I drank pineapple juice and he didnt. I am sick and he is ok. I assume its the pine apple juice | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
