High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. One live roach on door frame in prep reach in cooler, in kitchen, killed by mgr, one live roach on side of cooler in between coolers, in kitchen. Two live roaches on hinge in upright cooler in back storage, killed by mgr. One live roach on top leg of prep table in kitchen. Pest control came yesterday for the monthly routine service and mgr called them during inspection and pest control came again during inspection. Operator in process of cleaning kitchen for additional preventative treatment tonight. **Corrective Action Taken** **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2022-08-11: 2 live slow moving roaches seen, one on cart in kitchen and one in storage area, mgr killed them **Admin Complaint**
