My parents have food poisoning what they believe is from the slice of pizza they bought at Costco. My mom, who had most of the pizza, is bed ridden all day and has been going to the bathroom every hour, r having diarrhea and vomiting with blood coming out both ends. My dad had a bite or two of the pizza and had also had similar symptoms but is not as bad. We understand that it could be from any other food they’ve eaten, but they believe it is from the Costco pizza because that was the last thing they ate and began to feel sick overnight. Just wanted to give everyone else a heads up and maybe have Costco do an investigation on the food items they sell. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bloody Stool
