I ate a medium pan supreme pizza from Pizza Hut on March 31, 2017. I also got some boneless wings. I ate about 3-4 slices and about 3 wings by 8pm and by 2am on April 1st, 2017 I started vomiting violently. I couldn't hold down food until Sunday afternoon April 2, 2017. I would have reported my experience sooner but I didn't know that this website existed. That specific Pizza Hut location was extremely packed that evening and it looked like the staff was rushing out orders. I will never eat at Pizza Hut again. I have flashbacks of the severe nausea I experienced. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
