So two days ago I ordered the "Backyard BBQ" pizza from Pizza Hut along with a side of wings. The next morning I've had liquid diarrhea, horrible stomach cramps with other symptoms. I am missing 2 days at work because of this!! As a ex fast food worker this makes me shudder to think what corners did you cut?? What if my family had eaten this instead?? Don't plan on my patronage anymore at this location. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
