Pizza Hut
Within 6 hours of eating one slice of Ultimate Cheese Lover's pan pizza, vomiting began and continued for 21 hours, total of 40 times. Also suffered with bouts of diarrhea and a 102 fever. I'll never eat Pizza Hut pizza again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
